I never cared too much for being in the pictures with Santa, but it turns out that no matter how excited the kids are about Santa, they only like him from a distance.
Last year we had the kids squirm and cry for the photo anyway...but Buttercup is so small, we didn't want to chance any injuries.
I asked Boy what he thought about Santa...those big boots and that red coat...he said "and I liked his big belt".
